Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Monitoring Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting IT systems to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze system performance using various tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, or similar platforms.
  • Develop and implement monitoring strategies to identify potential issues before they impact the system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure and application monitoring across diverse environments.
  • Strong command-line skills in both Unix/Linux and Windows systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL or NRQL for querying and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with GitHub, Terraform, and Jenkins is a plus.
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud or AWS will be considered an added advantage.
