Job Summary:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled System Monitoring Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of system monitoring and be able to provide expert-level support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement system monitoring tools and scripts
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide expert-level support for system monitoring-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operation

Requirements:

  • Advance understanding of Cisco R&S, Wireless and QoS
  • Deep understanding of WLAN technologies, network management, and security, including IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax WLAN standards and industry best practices
  • Expertise and Understanding of NexGen Wifi (WiFi-6) is a must
  • Good hands-on experience with Wireless LAN controller and Cisco AP troubleshooting as well as with the Cisco WLC IOS Code upgrade
  • Hands on experience with configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco WLC models like 9800, 8500, 5520, 5508, 2504, 5508 with HA SSO and all models of Cisco APs including wave 2 and next generation 9100 series APs
  • Excellent Troubleshooting & Debugging expertise on Cisco WLC and Access Points + WLAN infrastructure like Cisco Prime, DNAC, Cisco ISE, etc
  • Access point configuration in CAPWAP and Mobility Express solutions
  • Traffic migration from Flex connect to Local mode and vice versa
  • Working experience with emerging network technologies is a plus, for example SDN, converged infrastructure
