
Establish Institutional Relationships

The Regional Manager is responsible for managing top institutional clients in assigned markets and strengthening relationships with CFOs and Treasury Heads of Corporate.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the investment objectives of these corporate clients and be able to offer product suites that meet their needs.
Key Performance Indicators include garnering assets upwards of 20% of the market and building a strong institutional book.
A successful Regional Manager will also be responsible for grooming and hand-holding a team of Relationship Managers to deepen existing relationships and acquire new clients from the market.
Additionally, the Regional Manager will organize events for institutional investors on a regular basis to build higher mind share and market share from these corporate clients.
Behavioral Competencies
The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and a pleasing personality.
Role-Specific Competencies
An added advantage would be exposure to the Mutual Fund industry.
Product knowledge and market knowledge/networking are essential for this role.
Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Experience
The ideal candidate should have an MBA with a minimum of 15 years of work experience.
NISM certification is compulsory for this role.
