Key Position Overview:
The role of Institutional Sales Manager/Assistant Vice President is a high-impact position focused on driving adoption of fixed-income investment products.
Our team is establishing a new vertical for Institutional Sales of Fixed Income Products, requiring a seasoned professional to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of institutional markets, proven experience in fixed income distribution, and the ability to originate, structure, and close large-ticket transactions.
">Primary Responsibilities:- Market Development & Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and drive sales growth
- Institutional Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients
- Product Distribution & Sales Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product distribution and sales execution
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Provide timely and actionable market intelligence to inform business decisions
