Job Summary

The IT Support Specialist will provide front-line technical assistance to end-users, handle and resolve incidents/service requests via the ServiceNow platform, and manage user accounts, shared mailboxes, and distribution lists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional support services to end-users, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage web-based tickets and ensure resolution within defined service level agreement timelines
  • Administer user accounts, shared mailboxes, and distribution lists via Active Directory and Google Admin Console
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Google Workspace tools and collaborate with backend or resolver teams when needed
  • Maintain and contribute to the knowledge base by documenting known issues and resolution steps
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT service desk operations
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
  • Expertise in Google Workspace products, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Hangouts, and Google Workspace Admin Console
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • ITIL Foundation certification (preferred)

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of IT service management principles.
