Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives and drive impactful growth. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven insights to propel the growth of our clients in the healthcare industry.

About the Role

The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with both ViralKraft's and our clients' business goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and client retention.
  • Campaign Leadership: Manage a team of marketing professionals to develop, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Use data analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum lead generation and ROI.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, design, and operational teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and seamless execution.
  • Content and Creative Direction: Oversee the creation of engaging digital and print marketing materials, including ads, blogs, landing pages, videos, and trade show materials.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • MBA in Marketing: From a reputable institution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field: Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, Ahrefs, GMB Radar, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Campaigns, Bing Ads, Agency Handling, Website Management etc.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
