Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Director to lead our Two Wheeler Loan business across the state. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling up revenue per existing customer, guiding distribution of X-sell products, partnering with Digital Marketing team, building strategic partnerships, improving portfolio performance, guiding Product team, and working with business analytics team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand existing products, channels, segments, and customer base.
- Lead teams, systems, processes, and culture to ensure scale and consistency of delivery.
- Closely collaborate with Retail team - Product Head, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, BIU.
- Provide seamless and fulfilling customer experience.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships across key dealers, OEMs, channel/product partners.
- Guide Product team to provide differentiated offerings and drive business growth.
- Work with business analytics team to identify potential for cross sell.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Any Graduate. Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM.
Experience
5+ years of relevant experience.
