
Urban Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive urban growth and market share in a specific city.
About the Role- Develop and execute a hyper-local strategy, ensuring our brand resonates with the community and delivers results across all online and offline channels.
- Create and manage local marketing communications in the native language, leveraging deep regional insights to connect with the local audience.
- Owning the full marketing funnel for your city, driving growth through a mix of channels, including local partnerships, events, and performance marketing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your city, working closely with national teams responsible for referrals, performance marketing, and third-party online merchants.
- Provide critical local insights for any city-level brand or awareness campaigns, including those in local languages.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 7-8 years experience in marketing, with a strong background in regional or city-level roles, and minimum 4 years in consumer Marketing is mandatory.
- Preferred a native speaker of the city's primary language with a deep understanding of the local culture, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
- Experience in fast-paced, consumer-facing industries like FMCG, fintech, Telecom is highly preferred.
