
Key Business Growth Specialist

Job Overview:
This role will be responsible for driving business growth through sales strategy development, expansion of existing markets and introduction of new territories. The primary goal is to generate revenue in assigned areas while maintaining a strong relationship with current merchants for recurring business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the distribution channel across assigned territories by identifying suitable channels for distribution.
• Foster good working relationships with current and potential merchants to create an atmosphere that promotes sales.
• Collaborate with the offline team to drive acceptance of Benow at offline merchants across urban and rural zones.
• Onboard new merchants and expand Benow's presence by attracting and retaining the right type of merchants.
• Drive merchant acquisition and servicing within assigned geographical areas through a dedicated team.
• Train key merchants on various aspects to enhance their understanding and utilization of services offered by Benow.
Requirements:
To excel in this position, you should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a keen eye for detail.
