Job Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth by recruiting and supporting sellers through their onboarding journey.
- Provide educational resources and tools to sellers, enhancing their knowledge of available programs and growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to accelerate revenue growth for clients.
- Lead key improvement initiatives and projects, driving efficiency and simplifying processes.
Essential Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management.
- A proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Expertise in data analysis and ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
