We are seeking an experienced and skilled Client Growth Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting high net worth individuals (HNIs) with investible assets of Rs. 3-10 Crore, focusing on a largely underserved segment.
The selected individual will offer customized solutions in succession planning, estate management, financial planning, risk management, capital raise, and strategic stake sales and co-investment opportunities through various TPPs like Mutual Funds, Alternative Investment Funds, Portfolio Management Services, and Insurance.
This is a private banking opportunity where RMs start as Principals and progress to Managing Partners, involving both individual and team roles. The chosen candidate will work closely with existing clients to expand their portfolio and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain HNI clients
- Provide personalized investment advice and solutions
- Manage client relationships and build strong partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources and expertise
- Maintain accurate records and reports on client interactions and portfolio performance

Requirements:To succeed in this position, you should possess:
