About the Role

As an Academic Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of students. Your expertise and guidance will empower them to achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and target markets through thorough research, leveraging online channels, networking, and strategic outreach. Collaborate with local schools to foster mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong bonds with existing and potential clients by understanding their needs, requirements, and preferences. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Design and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Craft persuasive sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors through ongoing research and analysis. Identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for management, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective objectives. Share client feedback with the product development team, ensuring products meet evolving client needs.
  • Student Counseling: Engage with prospective students to understand their academic background, career aspirations, and learning styles. Provide personalized guidance to support informed educational decisions.
  • Enrollment Assistance: Assist students with the enrollment process, including course selection, fee payment, and registration. Follow up with potential leads, encouraging them to join courses and complete the enrollment process.
