Responsibilities
  • Prospect and lead generation: Identify potential clients and research their needs to generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Client relationship management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Sales and revenue growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to clients, and negotiating contracts and deals.
  • Market analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, analyzing market data to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals, providing feedback to the product development team based on client insights.
  • Student counseling: Engage with prospective students to understand their academic background, career objectives, and learning preferences.
  • Enrollment assistance: Assist students with the enrollment process, including course selection, fee payment, and registration, following up with potential leads and encouraging them to join the courses.
