Job Title: Senior Consultant

Overview of the Role

A seasoned senior consultant will play a pivotal role in driving projects or change initiatives towards successful outcomes. The primary responsibility will be to create and implement strategic plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, while minimizing resistance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-14 years relevant experience in business process management, organizational development, and training;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Human Resources;
  • Proficiency in techno-commercial knowledge, including supply chain/S4 Hana expertise;
  • Change Management certification (Prosci) is highly desirable;
  • Consulting experience in Change Management is essential;
