Job Title: Senior Coupa & Ariba Specialist

About the Role:

Seeking a senior procurement expert to lead Coupa and SAP Ariba implementation projects, drive process improvements, and provide strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Coupa and Ariba modules.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend enhancements using Coupa/Ariba capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 8–10 years of experience in procurement technology consulting with expertise in Coupa and SAP Ariba.
  • Proven track record of successful implementations and support projects.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and S2P lifecycle.
  • Experience with integration tools and middleware (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

The ideal candidate will lead procurement transformation initiatives, manage complex projects, and provide strategic guidance to clients on optimizing their Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. We require a seasoned professional who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
