Procurement Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Expert to join our team. As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing sourcing value within the Procurement Centre of Excellence.

This includes identifying and managing relationships with key internal stakeholders, executing the sourcing process, and supporting clients on related governance requirements.

  • Supporting and managing high-volume, low-risk engagements.
  • Leading clients through the sourcing process, including contract negotiations and execution, risk and governance support, and approvals.
  • Assessing, defining, and resolving procurement issues, including contractual terms and conditions and escalations.
  • Applying project management concepts to plan and execute the sourcing process.
  • Ensuring adherence to all related governance processes and policies prior to final approval.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience.
  • Proven expertise in leading sourcing initiatives, processes, and developing strategies.
  • Strong skills in working with internal stakeholders to drive the process.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Familiarity with vendor contract language, SAP Ariba Contracts, and Sourcing Modules.
  • Understanding of general procurement challenges and solutions.
  • Ability to work with internal legal counsel and other governance stakeholders.
