Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced procurement professional to contribute to the success of our client's luxury residential interiors business. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing overall procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, forecasting, conducting research, negotiating with vendors, evaluating bids, analyzing data, and developing and implementing procurement strategies.

  • Develop effective procurement and sourcing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Establish procurement partnerships that benefit both parties.
  • Build long-term relationships with vendors through regular communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare detailed estimates for all projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and obtain approvals for bill of quantities (BOQs).
  • Seek proposals from qualified vendors based on BOQs.
  • Compare proposals for price and specifications, ensuring optimal value.
  • Negotiate terms with vendors to reduce costs and improve profitability.
  • Review contract specifications on behalf of the company, ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Assist in finalizing vendor selections, considering factors such as pricing, quality, and reliability.
