As a seasoned professional in operations management, you will lead the day-to-day execution of critical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Scheduling: Manage cross-functional teams to create optimal work schedules and ensure seamless handoffs.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Pipeline Performance: Analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Training & Upskilling Ops: Coordinate training programs and ensure that employees have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Ensure that new hires are properly onboarded and have access to all necessary systems and tools.
  • Quality & Compliance: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
  • Automation & Tools: Implement process automation and optimize tool usage to maximize productivity.
  • Reporting & Reviews: Provide regular reporting and conduct performance reviews to ensure that teams are meeting their objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong program/project management skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/ATS software, Google Sheets/Excel, and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
