Job Title: Client Onboarding Director

The Client Onboarding Director plays a pivotal role in forming a lasting impression of our organization on clients. Their responsibilities encompass managing requests, reviewing renewal pipelines, and collaborating with clients throughout their journey to success.

About the Role:
  • Develop and refine the client onboarding process, incorporating training, implementation, and supporting clients in creating effective solutions on the platform.
  • Coordinate relationships between internal and external teams to ensure seamless account management.
  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate process improvements and overall account health.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the platform by partnering with clients to understand their operational challenges and identifying opportunities to expand within the account.
  • Resolve product support inquiries as they arise.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management to gather client feedback and translate it into product requirements.
  • Contribute to the operationalization of the implementation function as the team scales.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Technical Onboarding Manager, Customer Onboarding Manager, Solutions Architect, or Implementation Consultant.
  • Experience with project managing client implementations for enterprise clients, or consulting with clients on business process improvements at the Director, VP, and Exec level of Fortune 500 companies.
  • Advanced understanding of SaaS and Cloud-based software environments.
  • Builder mindset: comfortable working in a startup environment, taking projects from 0 to 1.
  • Knowledge and understanding of APIs and webhooks, and all relevant CRUD actions.
  • Understanding of database structure and how systems integrate and interact with one another.
  • Proven experience with troubleshooting technical problems where the answer isn't obvious or easily found.
  • Experience running projects where the roadmap/checklist is not standardized and will vary for every client's custom situation.
  • Comfort in helping define client workflow/automation requirements by asking the right questions.
  • Ability to tease out nuanced details from the client, read between the lines to find their actual pain points, and provide suitable solutions.
  • Comfortable creating net-new process diagrams/workflows with clients to increase value to them, enhancing existing processes with the magic of our platform.
