Job Title: Director of Learning Strategy and Solutions

\

This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, innovation, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design, learning technologies, and consulting.

The primary responsibility of the Director of Learning Strategy and Solutions is to lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge learning solutions for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design and development of learning solutions that integrate assessment methodologies, instructional design principles, and innovative technologies.\
  • Translating complex concepts into engaging learning experiences through storyboards, videos, simulations, and blended learning solutions.\
  • Driving visualization and design consistency across all learning materials to maximize learner engagement and retention.\
  • Ensuring solutions align with client business context, goals, and measurable impact.\
  • Managing project delivery teams, timelines, budgets, and profitability while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.\
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning as a trusted advisor.\
  • Partnering with account teams to shape and execute account expansion strategies.\
  • Identifying opportunities to innovate learning solutions and expand consulting services across portfolios.\
  • Mentoring, coaching, and developing consultants, learning associates, and project teams in consulting, instructional design, and client management capabilities.\
  • Mobilizing and aligning resources across workstreams, fostering collaboration and accountability for project outcomes.\
  • Building organizational capability in emerging learning technologies and digital-first instructional design.\
  • Recruiting and retaining top talent in learning and development consulting.\
  • Developing and implementing effective onboarding programs for new hires.\
  • Providing regular feedback and coaching to improve performance and career growth.\
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive results.\
  • Facilitating workshops, training sessions, and meetings to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.\
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.\
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement company-wide learning initiatives.\
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements.\
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.\
  • Leading efforts to measure, track, and analyze learning effectiveness and ROI.\
  • Providing insights and recommendations to inform business strategy and drive growth.\
  • Implementing changes to business processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.\
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with learning initiatives.\
  • Developing and managing budgets for learning projects and initiatives.\
  • Coordinating with IT, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of learning initiatives.\
  • Creating and maintaining documentation, reports, and dashboards to track progress and performance.\
  • Developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders, clients, and other stakeholders.\
  • Writing and publishing articles, blogs, and other content to share thought leadership and expertise.\
  • Engaging with social media platforms to stay connected with colleagues, clients, and industry peers.\
  • Participating in industry-specific networks and associations to stay informed and contribute to the community.\
  • Attending conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.\
  • Collaborating with HR to develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs.\
  • Supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.\
  • Developing and leading internal communications campaigns to engage employees and promote company culture.\
  • Coordinating with marketing to develop and execute external communications campaigns.\
