About the Role

The Associate Director of Events will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning and execution of high-profile events ensuring they align with our strategic goals and deliver outstanding experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the events team in the planning and execution of various events driving success and meeting objectives.
  • Develop and manage event budgets to ensure financial targets are met maximizing ROI.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions resulting in customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee vendor selection and management to ensure quality service delivery optimizing resources.
  • Monitor event logistics and on-site operations to ensure smooth execution reducing risk.
  • Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvements enhancing processes.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management Hospitality or a related field demonstrating academic achievement.
  • At least 5 years of experience in event planning and management showcasing expertise.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills inspiring confidence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities facilitating collaboration.
  • Proficient in project management and organizational skills delivering results.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with digital event platforms enhancing capabilities.
  • Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies driving engagement.
  • Familiarity with budgeting software and tools streamlining processes.
