We're seeking experienced proffesionals for the role of Director – Placements to lead our institutional placement efforts with strategy, vision, and industry insight. The ideal candidate will build and strengthen industry relationships, ensure top-notch student placements, and establish a sustainable placement ecosystem across our campuses.

Role Description:

As Director – Placements, you will be responsible for:

• Heading the Placement Cell and driving end-to-end placement operations

• Building and maintaining strong corporate relationships and employer partnerships

• Designing and overseeing placement training, mock interviews, and student grooming sessions

• Leading and coordinating on-campus and virtual placement drives

• Representing the institution at placement summits, job fairs, and corporate networking events.

Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience leading campus placements or in a similar leadership role in recruitment

• A well-established corporate network and understanding of evolving hiring trends

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• A strategic mindset with the ability to align placement goals with institutional vision

• Preference will be given to candidates located within 20 km of Chalakudy or willing to relocate.
