We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Training and Placement Coordinator. This position is responsible for fostering relationships with companies and inviting them to participate in campus recruitment activities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth conduct of placement drives, acting as a liaison between companies and students, and managing student databases.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Determine all necessary placement requirements and assist participants in exchanging information effectively.\
  • Coordinate with service industry representatives to identify job opportunities for students and maintain public relations with Airlines, Hotels, and Travel Agencies.\
  • Maintain knowledge on all requirements to facilitate efficient working and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.\
  • Manage student progress, prepare required strategies, and ensure completion of all programs.\
  • Prepare resumes, conduct interviews, and provide assistance to graduates.\
  • Promote placements to various employers through phone, email, and fax.\
  • Collaborate with internship coordinators and program directors to administer changes.\
  • Conduct orientation programs for new students and ensure optimal resource utilization.\
  • Prepare data and perform surveys for team members through accreditation boards.\
  • Administer annual enrollment processes and prepare placement reports.\

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.\
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\
