  • Plan and manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Monitor and report on event metrics, including attendance, engagement, and revenue.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance event efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in event marketing or event management, preferably in B2B or SaaS industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work across time zones and travel within the USA as needed.
  • Experience with event marketing software/tools is a plus.
