Senior Proposal Strategist

We are a fast-growing software development company seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Strategist to lead our bidding team and drive business growth.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our organization and contribute to scaling our business on Upwork from $100K/year to $300K/year.

  • Develop and implement strategies for managing bidding teams, selecting high-value projects, and driving business growth.
  • Lead a team of bidders in optimizing proposals, identifying key selling points, and creating compelling value propositions.
  • Mentor junior team members in proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication skills.

Key qualifications include:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal management, sales, or marketing.
  2. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase conversion rates.
  4. Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, client behaviors, and platform updates.
  5. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide timely responses to client inquiries.
