Job Title: Lead Design Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Design Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional design solutions to our customers.

About the Role:

The Lead Design Strategist will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored designs that meet their needs. This is a senior role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse sales reports and project timelines to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Google Sketchup software and residential project execution.
  • Prioritise and execute multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and functionality.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputable institution (minimum 2 years).
  • Site experience with confidence in proposed design installation.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language desirable.
  • Exposure to residential projects mandatory.
