Lead Operational Expert

The organization is seeking an experienced leader to drive operational efficiency and process improvement across various teams. In this role, you will leverage data insights to streamline business processes, implement automation, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conflict Resolution: Develop effective strategies to resolve disputes and disagreements between individuals or groups, utilizing active listening and empathy.
  • Delegation: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members while maintaining accountability for overall project outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze data and implement process enhancements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve product or service quality.
  • Operational Efficiency: Drive strategic initiatives to optimize business processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Workforce Management Coordination: Work closely with the WFM team on attendance, leave, unplanned shrinkage, forecasting, and staffing requirements.
  • Coaching/Mentoring: Guide and support team members to achieve their goals and objectives, fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in BPO Operations Team handling, customer service, people management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • 3+ years of team handling experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Promotes information sharing and collaboration.
  • Excellent collaboration and team building skills.
  • Ability to lead/manage others.
  • Graduate degree required.
