About Our Organization

We are expanding our impact through new flagship initiatives. These initiatives will be rolled out in a phased 36-month roadmap, and we are looking for a leader to manage and execute this ambitious portfolio.

The role requires a visionary strategist and a hands-on operator who can manage complex, cross-functional projects, secure partnerships, and ensure timely execution.

This is a high-visibility leadership role, working directly with the executive team, partners, and sponsors globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Prioritize initiatives based on impact, ROI, and strategic value.
  • Roadmap Development: Build and maintain the 36-month phased roadmap (0–12m, 12–24m, 24–36m).
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress, risks, and ensure deliverables are on track.
  • Execution & Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives.
  • Budgeting & Scheduling: Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Initiative Launch: Ensure initiatives launch on schedule.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global policymakers, enterprise executives, event organizers, and sponsors.
  • Presentation of Progress Updates: Present progress updates to leadership, sponsors, and partners.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee initiative managers, consultants, and interns.

Qualifications:

  • 10 – 15 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
