Job Title: Global Operations Manager

This is a pivotal role in driving transformation through process standardization and data-driven insights.

The Global Operations Manager will lead the delivery of scalable efficient and employee-centric services across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end operational processes including onboarding offboarding payroll benefits and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery aligned with defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • Oversee helpdesk operations to ensure timely resolution of queries.

Process Excellence & Standardization

  • Drive harmonization of operational processes.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Champion automation and scalability with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with global labor laws data privacy regulations and internal governance standards.
  • Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments to uphold operational integrity and mitigate risks.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Foster a culture of innovation accountability and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders and stakeholders to align operational goals with strategic priorities.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Leverage analytics tools to generate actionable insights on workforce trends service performance and employee experience.
  • Deliver dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive operational experience with at least 3 years in a global environment.
  • Strong expertise in systems process automation and service delivery models.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional multicultural teams.
  • Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
