OneAPPS Consulting Inc is a technology staffing and recruitment firm expanding its operations in the USA. We are seeking an accomplished business leader with years of experience in business development, new accounts opening, account retention, and management experience.
- The ideal candidate must have work experience in the staffing and recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients to make them our preferred staffing vendor.
- Work with management to define sales roadmaps, engage targets, build awareness, identify opportunities, develop sales pipelines, and deliver revenue goals.
- Agree upon targets and achieve them. Be accountable for a revenue target as agreed with management.
- Deliver customized staffing solutions through consultative sales approaches.
- Penetrate new businesses through calling, in-person meetings/presentations with key client managers and senior executives.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Generate new businesses through telephone calls, emails, meetings, presentations, and participation in networking organizations/events.
- Manage client relationships and retention to ensure regular business from new clients.
- Leverage existing business relationships, customer networks, and contacts to open new businesses for the company and close deals.
- Sole responsibility is to obtain new inquiries/orders for company recruiters to fill.
- Manage directly all aspects of a sales process with minimum need for constant supervision.
- Identify key customer influencers, decision-makers, executives, and develop relationships within each account.
- Listen, interpret, and understand customer business challenges and deliver exceptional service and results to clients to enhance market presence and reputation.
