Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth across the region. This includes overseeing pricing for complex deals, ensuring optimal sizing and margin safeguards.

You will own the end-to-end P&L for assigned business units, reviewing financial performance monthly with Business/Function Heads. Your expertise will be utilized in leading the annual budgeting cycle, monthly forecasting exercises, incorporating revenue, costs, FX, and regional dynamics.

Key responsibilities include delivering profitability dashboards and variance analyses, recommending actions to improve margins and cash flow. You will also provide actionable financial insights to business leaders, supporting strategic planning, GTM initiatives, and investment decisions.

Financial Expertise

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong expertise in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling
  • Deep understanding of IT/technology services business models, including managed services and outsourcing
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools
  • Qualifications: CA mandatory
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations, with proven exposure to Global markets
  • Experience managing multi-geo P&L ownership and leading finance teams
