Job Title: Sales Development Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales development team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Banquet pricing strategy development in collaboration with culinary experts and sales teams.
  2. Short-term and long-term market planning to ensure maximum revenue generation.
  3. Leadership of the banquet sales team to optimize revenue streams.
  4. Maintenance of strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
  5. Collaboration with the Banquet Manager on menu changes and sales strategies.
  6. Daily interaction with guests to monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels.
  7. Timely distribution of function prospectuses to relevant departments.
  8. Documentation of all customer interactions, including contracts and house rules.
  9. Prompt payment processing for banquet bills.
  10. Ensure the Sales Office is maintained professionally.
  11. Maintenance of accurate banquet records according to organizational policies.
  12. Identification and implementation of process improvements, including staff augmentation and operational adjustments.
