Job Title: Sales Development Lead
Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales development team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Banquet pricing strategy development in collaboration with culinary experts and sales teams.
- Short-term and long-term market planning to ensure maximum revenue generation.
- Leadership of the banquet sales team to optimize revenue streams.
- Maintenance of strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Collaboration with the Banquet Manager on menu changes and sales strategies.
- Daily interaction with guests to monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels.
- Timely distribution of function prospectuses to relevant departments.
- Documentation of all customer interactions, including contracts and house rules.
- Prompt payment processing for banquet bills.
- Ensure the Sales Office is maintained professionally.
- Maintenance of accurate banquet records according to organizational policies.
- Identification and implementation of process improvements, including staff augmentation and operational adjustments.
