The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment and hiring process by collaborating with stakeholders to fill open positions in a timely manner. The role involves working with stakeholders to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent through various recruiting channels, such as job postings, social media, and career fairs.

As a key member of the HR team, the Talent Acquisition Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience and seamless integration into the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and hiring process by collaborating with stakeholders to fill open positions in a timely manner.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, offering packages, and onboarding.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent through various recruiting channels.
  • Onboarding Process: Maintain a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience and seamless integration into the organization.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or relevant discipline.
  • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Skill: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Personality: Meticulous and organized individual with strong communication skills.
