Job Summary:

 

We are seeking an experienced HR Partner to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and driving organizational success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment
  • Collaborate with school leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's mission and goals.
    • Talent Management
    • Develop and execute plans for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.
      • Employee Relations
      • Serve as a point of contact for employee issues, handle grievances, and promote a positive work environment through effective conflict resolution and communication skills.
        • Compliance and Risk Management
        • Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards to minimize risk and maintain a compliant workplace.
          • Workforce Planning
          • Analyze data to identify future talent needs, plan for staff growth, and develop succession plans to ensure business continuity.
            • Training and Development
            • Partner with the L&D team to design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of faculty and staff.
              • Engagement Initiatives
              • Develop and implement initiatives that foster a motivated and engaged workforce, improving overall job satisfaction and productivity.
                • HR Analytics
                • Use HR data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, measure program effectiveness, and provide insights to drive business outcomes.
                  • Change Management
                  • Support the implementation of new processes and technologies, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to the organization.

    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
      • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to foster a collaborative environment.
        • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
          • Knowledge of Employment Law: In-depth understanding of labor laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to the education sector.
            • Integrity and Confidentiality: Professionalism in handling sensitive employee information and maintaining confidentiality.
