Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Partner to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and driving organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment
- Collaborate with school leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's mission and goals.
- Talent Management
- Develop and execute plans for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.
- Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee issues, handle grievances, and promote a positive work environment through effective conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards to minimize risk and maintain a compliant workplace.
- Workforce Planning
- Analyze data to identify future talent needs, plan for staff growth, and develop succession plans to ensure business continuity.
- Training and Development
- Partner with the L&D team to design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of faculty and staff.
- Engagement Initiatives
- Develop and implement initiatives that foster a motivated and engaged workforce, improving overall job satisfaction and productivity.
- HR Analytics
- Use HR data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, measure program effectiveness, and provide insights to drive business outcomes.
- Change Management
- Support the implementation of new processes and technologies, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to the organization.
