Agricultural Business Development Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business development under our Farmer Financing product. This includes mentoring sales officers and collaborating with peers in other business groups to achieve growth objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications">- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or sales experience in related industries such as seed companies, fertilizer companies, agri-product companies, banks, etc.
- Experience in working capital, sales, banking, term loans, agriculture finance, rural banking, overdraft limits, case enhancements, and renewals for existing and new customers.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree from any recognized institution.
