Job Title: Business Development Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our partner network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify potential partners and onboard them to our network. Ensure they receive comprehensive training on our products and solutions.
- Partner Management & Liaison: Serve as the liaison between us and our partners, fostering smooth communication and resolving any queries or issues that may arise.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales of Life & Health, and General Insurance products through direct sales or Point of Sales (POS). Collaborate with POS to identify premium targets and ensure regular follow-ups with pending leads.
- Business Development & Growth: Expand our partner network by identifying new opportunities and nurturing relationships to drive growth.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with partners, POS, and internal teams.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and sales strategies.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
