About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic partner to join our leadership team as a Founder's Staff member. As a generalist, you will work across multiple functions - product, growth, operations, and finance - to tackle our most critical business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Own projects from end-to-end, defining the problem, developing the strategy, and driving execution.
  • Act as a Force Multiplier: Work closely with the founder to identify and solve high-priority issues across the organization.
  • Build and Scale: Be a core part of our mission to scale, getting hands dirty and doing what it takes to get the job done.
  • Conduct Analysis: Synthesise data to provide actionable insights and communicate complex findings clearly.
  • Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Liaise between different teams to ensure everyone is aligned on key goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven Operator: 2 years of experience in a high-growth startup, management consulting, or a fast-paced environment.
  • Fast Learner: Quickly get up to speed on new industries, business models, and technical concepts.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Communicate complex ideas with clarity and precision.
  • Highly Analytical: Skilled in quantitative analysis and build models to support recommendations.
  • Entrepreneurial: Bias for action and comfortable with a high degree of ownership.
