Our Visionary Accounts Payable Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Accounts Payable expert, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process invoices while providing resolutions and releasing payments efficiently
  • Articulate and demonstrate basic Accounts payable concepts including 3-way match, PO, non-PO, GRN etc.
  • Able to understand nuances of India AP aspects including India Import Invoices processing
  • Proficient in Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and aware of applicable % deductions for major categories
  • Aware of TDS applicable on Service expense incurred in foreign currency
  • GST knowledge is required including Intra-state, Inter-state, State & Central components along with rates
  • Resolve all vendor queries and requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain exception logs for process-related exceptions and ensure invoices/queries are balanced based on exception trackers
  • Independently perform transactional tasks supporting compliance, planning, and execution of assigned processes

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent degree
  • Meaningful work experience with excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience in India-related statutory requirements and ability to process using SAP ERP
