Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling vendor payments and invoice processing using SAP.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for processing vendor invoices and employee expenses in SAP on time and accurately. They will also coordinate with purchase and other teams for invoice-related issues, prepare payment proposals, and process vendor payments.
In addition, they will perform vendor reconciliations, resolve payment issues, maintain records for audit and compliance, and support in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
The role requires a good understanding of GST and TDS rules, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Graduate in Commerce/Accounting
- 3-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Good knowledge of SAP (FI/MM module) and MS Excel
- Understanding of GST and TDS rules
