Product Visionary

We are seeking a seasoned Product Visionary to spearhead our product strategy. This leadership role demands vision, expertise, and collaboration skills to drive impactful products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives, striking a balance between short-term impact and long-term innovation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering high performance and consistent delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to craft user-centric and scalable solutions.
  • Establish key product metrics, set clear goals, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Communicate product strategy across the organization, aligning teams towards common goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy.
  • Ensure effective communication through clear PRDs, sprint planning, and product reviews.
  • Evaluate feature success and guide course corrections based on real-world feedback and performance data.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from a reputable institution.
  • 8-12 years of product management experience, including at least 3+ years leading product managers.
  • A proven track record of owning and scaling consumer-facing or platform products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Comfort working with engineering teams and discussing technical trade-offs.
