Job Summary: As a Product Visionary, you will be responsible for driving collaboration with users and clients to understand their needs, translating them into product requirements. You will define the vision for the team's product and create a roadmap based on this vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with users and clients to comprehend their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements
  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision, and establish a product roadmap that aligns with this vision
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on evolving requirements
  • Oversight of all stages of product creation, including design and development
  • Elaborate user stories and monitor product progress at each stage
  • Liaise with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
  • Participation in Scrum meetings and product sprints

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
  • Familiarity with product development architecture
  • Proficiency in the use of analytic tools
  • Ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent understanding of user-centred design principles
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with large teams
  • Understanding of design quality standards
