As the Director of Product, you will work alongside other product leaders in developing the end-to-end product vision and strategy across our marketplace. Youll be instrumental in shaping how users and partners interact with our platforms while implementing impactful product growth and monetization strategies. This leadership role involves driving innovation, aligning cross-functional teams, and fostering a high-performance team culture to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership & Strategy

- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap to meet business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.

- Identify and drive growth initiatives, evolve platform capabilities, and elevate the user experience across products.

- Work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and commercial teams to develop, launch, and iterate on product features.

- Stay abreast of market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape, incorporating insights into product planning.

Team & Stakeholder Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

- Drive a high-performing, data-informed product development environment.

- Collaborate across functions to ensure product initiatives are aligned, measurable, and impactful.

- Champion agile product development methodologies, ensuring efficiency and transparency in At least 10 years of experience in digital product management, ideally within marketplaces, platforms, or tech-led service businesses.

- Demonstrated success in building scalable, customer-centric products and delivering business outcomes.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation through go-to-market and continuous iteration.

- Experience creating and executing monetization strategies, including pricing, bundling, and feature-based revenue models.

- Strong grasp of user behavior, digital product analytics, and experience in leveraging insights to shape product direction.
