Job Description

The Product Management Director will lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed product specifications that address all necessary aspects and are easily understood by stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and user stories
  • Lead end-to-end product development, including PI planning and key SCRUM ceremonies
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to gauge effectiveness and adoption
  • Present regular updates on the product roadmap and progress to leaders and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-9 years of career experience with at least 5 years of product management experience in technology products
  • Strong product sense with an ability to articulate problems and envision solutions
  • Strong understanding of technology and software development processes, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage competing and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Understanding and experience in reporting frameworks and integrations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, partner, and build relationships across all levels of the organization
