Product Development Director

The Senior Manager, Product Management role involves overseeing and managing the product development function across a specific line of business.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research to inform product decisions by gathering input from internal stakeholders and external resources.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers in an agile development process to make strategic decisions about product functionality.
- Work with platform vendors to provide technical management and ensure the delivery of platforms and services.
- Propose and manage demand for application work, defining project and enhancement pool budgets.
- Develop clear specifications for development teams based on captured business and functional requirements.
- Manage projects through all phases, serving as the primary contact for systems-related matters.
- Utilize expertise in AI/GenAI technologies and market trends to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
- GEN AI Product Experience is Mandatory.
- Prior certification in PMP, ITILV3, CPIM or MSCE is beneficial.
- Able to apply platform support and troubleshooting methodologies effectively.
- Previous experience in product management or business analysis roles is required.
- Experience with continuous integration and automated deployment practices is desired.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are necessary.
