About Nushu Period Underwear:

We are a pioneering period care brand, dedicated to merging comfort with sustainability in menstrual care solutions for women.

Our mission is to provide innovative and eco-friendly products that cater to the diverse needs of women during their menstrual cycles.

We have recently launched our first product, Reusable Period Underwear, which has gained popularity among women in urban and rural areas alike.

However, we understand that many women require guidance and reassurance before making a purchase, and this is where you come in – Tackle customer inhibitions and concerns.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the menstrual care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information to close potential sales, working closely with our operations team.
  • Omnichannel Communication: Engage with customers through various channels, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls.
  • Customer Outreach: Proactively contact abandoned checkouts to address queries and enable sales.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Order Management: Handle exchange/refund/replace requests, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Data Analysis: Track, record, and analyze customer complaints, feedback, and sentiment data.
  • COD Confirmations: Verify COD confirmations and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Sales Support: Assist with sales activations, whether it's at a school or a pop-up event.
