With over 100,000 freelance content creators in our network and 250+ enterprise customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and numerous startups, we're on a mission to revolutionize the content creation process.
Our platform enables collaboration, discovery, and upskilling for content creators, while also providing businesses with access to high-quality content solutions. As we expand our services and enter new markets, we're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Director of Client Servicing.
Job Responsibilities- Cultivating Exceptional Client Relationships: Provide top-notch after-sales service to clients, fostering long-term partnerships and loyalty.
- Streamlined Onboarding Process: Develop a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued from day one.
- Ongoing Client Engagement: Regularly interact with clients through various communication channels, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Accurate Client Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all existing and potential clients, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Inspiring Repeat Business: Analyze client behavior and preferences to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving repeat business and revenue growth.
- Timely Response to Client Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating expertise and empathy.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance data to provide clients with actionable business insights, helping them optimize their content strategies.
- Smooth Account Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including design teams, media teams, managers, and other key partners, to ensure successful project execution and meet deliverables.
- Client Updates and Reporting: Prepare regular updates and reports for clients on project progress, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process.
- 8+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in account management or client services roles within digital marketing agencies.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work beyond job description requirements, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Market Knowledge and Understanding: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to deliver results under pressure, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting project milestones.
