Job Title: User Retention Lead
We are seeking a strategic professional to lead partnerships and customer loyalty initiatives, driving sustainable growth through membership and loyalty programs.
About the Role:
- This role will be pivotal in sourcing and closing partnerships with leading D2C brands, designing engaging membership programs, and running impactful campaigns that enhance customer retention, stickiness, and lifetime value (LTV).
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and negotiate strategic partnerships with top D2C brands.
- Structure and close deals that strengthen membership and loyalty offerings.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners to drive sustainable growth.
Key Skills:
- Negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
