Job Title:

Retention Leadership Role

This is a pivotal leadership position where you will lead partnerships and customer loyalty initiatives to enhance customer retention, stickiness, and lifetime value (LTV).

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with top direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.
  • Create engaging membership programs that drive growth and retention.
  • Lead impactful campaigns that optimize ROI, customer stickiness, and LTV.

Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Hands-on expertise in campaign management, CRM tools, and cohort analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partnerships & Business Development
  • Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with top D2C brands.
  • Structure and close deals that strengthen membership and loyalty offerings.
  • Build long-term relationships with partners to drive sustainable growth.
Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Lead end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Design targeted campaigns to increase engagement and retention.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI and customer stickiness.
Operations & Reporting
  • Track partnership and campaign performance through dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure smooth operational processes from partner onboarding to campaign launch.
  • Analyze customer behavior and recommend data-backed initiatives to strengthen customer retention.
