Job Opportunity:

As a senior commissions analyst, you will be responsible for managing and executing sales compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions and incentives for a team of direct and indirect salespeople.
  • Develop and execute process execution plans to ensure consistency and quality across the commissions team.
  • Collaborate with senior sales leadership to design, create, and distribute sales management incentive plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales compensation with a focus on process execution and team management.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

About the Role:

  • Successful candidates will have a strong academic background and a minimum of 26 years of experience in an analyst or lead analyst role.
