About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Analyst Business Analytics to lead critical analytical projects and transform complex data into actionable business intelligence.

While titled "Analyst," this role carries significant responsibility in guiding analytical approaches, mentoring junior team members, and presenting insights directly to senior management.

You will be instrumental in shaping our data strategy and driving data-driven decision-making across various business Responsibilities:

- Analytical Leadership: Lead end-to-end analytical projects, from problem definition and data extraction to analysis, interpretation, and presentation of insights to business stakeholders.

- Strategic Insights Generation: Proactively identify opportunities for analytical deep dives that can uncover significant business value, market trends, or operational efficiencies.

- Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Apply advanced statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems.

- Data Storytelling: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for non-technical audiences, influencing strategic decisions.

- Mentorship & Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering their analytical skills and professional development.

- Tool & Technology Expertise: Become an expert in our analytical tools and platforms, recommending and implementing new technologies to enhance our capabilities.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with various departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product) to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support.

- Data Governance & Quality: Contribute to data governance best practices, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability for all analytical Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Analytics, Finance, Marketing, or Operations from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.

- A Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field is also acceptable.

- 8+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or a similar quantitative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership, senior analyst, or project lead capacity.

- Proficiency in statistical analysis software and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).

- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) and creating impactful dashboards.

- Strong understanding of database concepts and experience working with large datasets.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical concepts to diverse audiences
